Friday, Oct. 5

9:23 a.m.: Police served a summons at City Hall on Main Street.

10:07 a.m.: Larceny was reported at Victoria's Secret on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

11:15 a.m.: Larceny was reported on Neil Street.

11:37 a.m.: Threats were reported from Lazer Zone on Boston Post Road East.

2:12 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Concord Road.

2:57 p.m.: Forgery or fraud was reported from the Marlborough Housing Authority on Bolton Street.

3:40 p.m.: A restraining order was served at the Marlborough Police Station on Bolton Street.

4:58 p.m.: Trespassing was reported from Farm Road.

5:27 p.m.: A building check was conducted at Marlboro District Court on Williams Street.

5:41 p.m.: An erratic operator was reported from South and West Main Street.

7:31 p.m.: Police assisted an ambulance on Elm Street.

7:53 p.m.: A disturbance was reported on South Street.

10:36 p.m.: Police arrested Efrain Ramos Rodriguez, 49, Mario Olvera, 54, Jose Benjamin Gonzalez, 28, who are all listed as residents at 19 Northboro Road East at 19 Northboro Road East and charged them with assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Darryl Strickland, 52, of 3 Pine Club Drive in Kennesaw Georgia was initially charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, although those charges were increased to aggrivated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

Saturday, Oct. 6

12:31 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Briarwood Lane.

3:09 a.m.: A burglar alarm went off at Kane Elementary School.

3:31 a.m.: A disturbance was reported at Fairmount Street.

4:26 a.m.: A building check was conducted at Jaworek Elementary School.

8:28 a.m.: An unfounded parking violation was reported at New England Sports Center at Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

10:17 a.m.: Assistance was provided to an ambulance at Tavitian Boulevard.

1:44 p.m.: Larceny was reported from Elm Street.

3:09 p.m.: Larceny was reported at Sprint on Lakeside Avenue.

3:39 p.m.: The DPW was called out to Ghiloni Park on Concord Road.

12:13 a.m.: Police arrested Hugo Noriega, 44, of 186 Broad Street Apt. 1 on Broad Street on charges of aggrivated assault and battery and violating an abuse prevention order.

12:19 a.m.: A disturbance was reported from Marlborough Hospital on Union Street.

2:26 a.m.: A motor vehicle accident was reported from 495 North.

8:30 a.m.: A domestic disturbance was reported from Gleason Street Extension.

12:53 p.m.: A disabled motor vehicle was reported from Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

2:03 p.m.: Police assisted another agency at Solomon Pond Mall on Donald J. Lynch Boulevard.

5:11 p.m.: Police provided ambulance assistance to Redbud Way.

6:36 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Best Western Royal Plaza Hotel on Boston Post Road West.

7:20 p.m.: Ambulance assistance was provided at Home Depot on Boston Post Road East.

9:03 p.m.: An animal complaint was received from Farm Road.

11:02 p.m.: A suspicious motor vehicle was reported from Roundtop Road.

Monday, Oct. 8
