NYC Yoga Camps for Kids and Teens | Learn Practice Teach - HeyKiki

We all sometimes feel that we live in a hassled world and kids are fortunate to have very few responsibilities to be shouldered. If you feel that stress is only for adults, you might be wrong. Even children are under so much academic and social pressure. Yoga helps them to loosen up and have fun; eventually it also helps build their inner as well as physical strength.
Kids are lither than adults and so yoga and kids often go well together. It is ideal for parents to encourage their kids to explore yoga. Now let?s check out some of our favorite yoga camps in New York City.
