On Love Relationships?
I was just reflecting the other day about how certain things had worked out?in my life pertaining to love and relationships. I remember there were many times I felt that, looking for a loving relationship was a waste of time. After being hurt a few times, and crying and becoming a bit bitter in the process, I decided I would never let love play me for?a fool again. When the man who is now my husband came along, I was not about to show my soft sultry side. He had?to work hard to win me over. He would always say 'I'm fighting for you!' The fact that he wanted me that much was what I guess eventually melted my heart.I'm sure all of us have had our times when relationships had banged us up and we said, 'No more!' Sometimes it was just then, that?LOVE felt we were ready to have that special someone walk into our lives. I had to make a choice when that opportunity came along. Tell me, when it came down to it, when love came knocking on your door: Did you push love away? Did you hide yourself, I mean the true wonderful affectionate person that you hide deep down? Or were you brave enough to take that step foward and invite it in??Does it even make sense talking about love anyway? Should love matter to you? Why should love matter to you? What do you think?
